Prices are room rates per night to include English breakfast.

Total offer price for four nights bed and breakfast for two people sharing a room: £280.00 Offer available between Monday and Thursday only, from 2nd November 2009 through to 25th March 2010

Low Season (2nd November - 25th March)

Mid Season (26th March - 30th June and October)

The Garden Room: Monday to Thursday £80.00 per night
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Weekends: £85 per night

The Honeysuckle Room: Monday to Thursday £85.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Weekends £89.00

The Goodwood Room: Monday to Thursday: £90.00
Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holiday Weekends £95.00

High Season ( 1st July - 30th September)

The Garden Room : £89.00
The Honeysuckle Room : £95.00
The Goodwood Room : £99.00

Please be aware that although we do not charge a premium for the Goodwood Events, they will attract our maximum room rate.
Single occupancy rates available off season, please enquire.

We do not accept advance bookings for single Saturday nights during peak times but last minute enquiries are welcome.

Please note that we no longer accept wedding groups

Payment

Payment may be made by cash, Stirling cheque supported by a guarantee card and debit card. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and JCB but please be aware that this method of payment on final accounts will attract a 4% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled, or shortened within seven days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge you for any night of the booking unless we are able to re-let.

Check-in

We ask that you check in between 4 and 6pm and have off road parking for one guest car per room.
Check out by 11am. Arrangements can be made to store luggage elsewhere in the house if required.

Children

Please be aware that our rooms are not adjacent and therefore not suitable for children under 12years old

Pets

We do not accept pets as we have our own.

Smoking

Please note that we are strictly a non smoking property, in line with current legislation
